This policy applies to purchases from Sleepery Pty Ltd. It should be read with our Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These consumer guarantees apply regardless of any other terms in this policy and at no cost to you.
2. Faulty, damaged or not as described
Contact us at with your order number and photos.
- Major failure → you choose a refund or replacement (plus possible compensation for foreseeable loss).

Minor failure → we may repair, replace or refund within a reasonable time.
Where an item is confirmed faulty, we cover return shipping and reshipment.
3. Change of mind
On top of your ACL rights, we accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days if the item is unused, in original unopened packaging with all accessories, and you have proof of purchase. Customer covers return postage; we refund the price (excluding original shipping) after inspection.
4. Hygiene & health-related items
For hygiene reasons, these can't be returned for change of mind once opened/used: anti-snoring & nerve-stimulation devices and their pads, in-ear sleep earbuds/earplugs, eye masks, and anything with a broken hygiene seal. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty — consumer guarantees still apply.
5. How to start a return → email first; we send instructions; pack securely (use tracked post).
6. Refunds → to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days of inspection.
7. Warranties against defects → manufacturer warranties operate in addition to the ACL.
8. Memberships & subscriptions → billing/cancellation governed by the provider's terms (made clear before purchase).
